We use a different flat rate for different regions of the US. All shipments are fulfilled by UPS and are sent via Next Day Air. We ship to all 50 states. Please note that Hawaii residents require an import permit from the Hawaii department of Agriculture. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or any other US territories.
