Shipping Guide

All fish orders are shipped using a Flat-Rate system. Shipping cost is applied once per order and ranges from $40-$100 depending on the state. See the Table below for details.

Shipping rates are based on safe live-fish packing requirements, not just the physical weight of the fish. Packaging materials, insulation, water volume, and box size all affect how an order must be packed and shipped.

In some cases, very large or unusual orders may require a shipping review before final confirmation. If an order needs special handling, multiple boxes, or a custom shipment setup, the final shipping charge may be adjusted and the customer will be contacted before the order is completed.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or seasonal shipping conditions. Customers should make sure the shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout to avoid delays or failed deliveries

All orders are shipped using UPS Next Day Air service. In most areas of the US, UPS has a guaranteed delivery time by 10:30 am, but some more rural areas will be delivered by end of day. 

 

All orders will ship out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for delivery the following day, i.e., Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday respectively.​
